Mobile phone battery automatic assembly equipment (includes detailed PDF instructions)
Battery tray loading, robotic arm with vision capture for battery positioning, robotic arm with secondary vision positioning for mobile phone position, grasping and placing into the press-fitting fixture with automatic mobile phone and battery position compensation.
Manually alternate placement of mobile phones from location F, and the mobile phone feeding module sends it to location B for positioning. Meanwhile, the robot starts up, proceeds to location B to tear off the backing adhesive film, discards it into the film waste box in area F, and then picks up the battery from the tray at location A to place it in location B for assembly with the incoming mobile phone;
After the battery is assembled with the mobile phone at location B, the robot, together with the mobile phone, is grabbed and sent into the rolling equipment at location C, for left-right rolling (rolling machine alternately feeds material for rolling operations);
After rolling operations at location C are completed, the finished product exported from the rolling equipment is grasped and placed into the OK/NG discharge module conveyor at location D, where the upper part is the NG conveyor and the lower part is the OK conveyor;
The OK/NG discharge module conveyor at location D sends the finished product out to the unloading station at location E, (the NG conveyor is red, the OK conveyor is green, to prevent mixing).
Location 1 is the loading position for the full material tray, where manual loading takes place. After manual loading is completed, the equipment automatically sends it to the picking position at location 2, for the robot to pick up items. Once the material on the tray at location 2 is used up, the equipment transfers the empty tray to location 3. After accumulating the set quantity of empty trays at location 3, they are sent out to the empty tray discharge location at location 4, to be removed manually. Location 5 is the waste box, which the worker cleans once the number of times the mobile phone backing adhesive film is discarded reaches the rated amount.
