The automatic bearing steel ball and wave ball assembly machine is an automatic device for assembling steel balls and wave balls. The 3D model SW design source file is shared, which is a set of original drawings designed entirely using SolidWorks 2012. The steel balls and wave balls are assembled inside the bearings. There are two jig bases in the middle for manual feeding. The two vibrating plates at the back are used for feeding, supplying both steel columns and wave balls. During assembly, there are also two pick-up nozzle heads respectively used to pick up the two different products. Protective covers are added outside the equipment, which are well designed. The complete set of drawings is provided for everyone's learning.
