The fully automatic riveting machine is mainly used for riveting the rear frame of displays. It can place the frame either manually or automatically with the device. Rivets are supplied by a vibrating plate, and a cylinder performs the riveting to achieve automatic riveting. The complete set of drawings is designed using SolidWorks software, which can be edited and reproduced for production. It has been converted to a STEP document, facilitating reference and learning by other software.
