Karting, also known as Go-Kart or mini racing, is a type of motorsport. As the name suggests, the karts driven by the racers are much smaller in size and have lower power output compared to professional-level vehicles, making them suitable for beginners to learn and for recreational use. Karting is a type of micro racing among various racing categories. It has a compact design and simple structure, making it the entry-level sport in racing and the "cradle" for entering Formula 1 racing. In Europe, it is also referred to as "mini Formula."
