Machine polishing practical case drawings. Here is a complete set of drawings of a robot polishing a phone case. Due to the rapid iteration of phone models today, taking Apple as an example, many phone cases now use metal casings, with aluminum being the most common. Once a metal phone case is processed by CNC, it needs to be polished to remove surface tool marks to achieve a beautiful finish. The polishing of curved surfaces poses a significant challenge for many manufacturers of polishing equipment, forcing many clients to use 6-axis machines for polishing.
