III. Line Material and Manufacturing Instructions:
1. Power: Adopts Taiwan TAI CHUANG 0.37KW, 380V Reducer Motor, equipped with TAI-AN Inverter 220V.
2. Machine Body: Made with four-legged bracket round tube. The side plates are made of 2.0 steel plate. (Machine body material can be customized according to customer requirements).
3. Chain Plate: Uses stainless steel chain plate.
IV. Control Process:
The line is divided into six stations:
1. Detect workpiece presence and blocking stop station.
2. Detect the workpiece orientation and flip the workpiece station.
3. Blocking stop station.
4. Manipulator grabbing station.
5. Buffer zone blocking station.
6. Buffer zone release station.
