Brief Introduction of Working Principle
The horizontal prestressed pipe pile automatic tensioning machine includes a pipe pile mold assembly, tensioning device, and three-dimensional moving platform, as well as a pipe diameter detection device and a displacement sensor device. The tensioning device includes a docking locking device, tightening locking device, jack hydraulic cylinder, and nut locking device. The three-dimensional moving platform adjusts the alignment of the tensioning device and the pipe pile mold assembly by moving in the X, Y, and Z directions. The docking locking device interfaces with the pipe pile mold head plate tension rod, the tightening nut device interfaces with the hydraulic cylinder body for tightening, the tensioning device achieves mold tensioning and the nut locking device achieves nut locking, the pipe diameter detection device measures the pipe pile mold diameter, and the displacement sensor device detects the elevation values of the three-dimensional moving platform.
