Lifting Gantry Spray Painting Oven

This is an original design industrial spray oven. This oven has a wide range of applications, with high work efficiency, ease of use, and multiple functions. The overall design of the oven is reasonable, with low production costs and stable work performance. The drawings have already been used in actual production. The oven is composed of the oven main structure, automatic control feeding system, product placement rack, automatic lifting door system, heating system, and waste gas extraction, among other parts. The oven is temperature-controlled, with a temperature range between 150 degrees and 200 degrees. A spray gun is installed on the oven. After manually placing the products on the hanging rack (up to 5 products at a time), they are sprayed. Once the paint spraying is completed, pressing the switch automatically sends the products into the oven for baking.
