The casing vibration bowl parting and feeding welding and blanking mechanism equipment is a blueprint for welding small hardware pieces onto micro motor casings. The main design principle is that small parts are delivered through a vibratory bowl feeder. After being fed out, they are further conveyed by a linear vibrator to a point where they undergo a distribution process at the rear end of the linear vibrator. Since the parts need to stand upright when being discharged, but can only be discharged flat in the linear vibrator, a rotating structure is added at the back to allow the products to stand upright. This way, a cylinder can push the product to the required position for welding. Once the small parts are welded onto the motor casing, there is a gripping manipulator structure that removes the product, completing the entire workflow. The design concept of the mechanical structure is very commendable. It is hoped that friends involved in similar assembly and non-standard automation work will find it helpful after downloading.
