This non-standard automatic small radiator assembly machine model is modeled using SolidWorks 2012 software, with parameters and editable features. The radiator is conveyed via a conveyor belt and is placed on a workbench after being picked up by a manipulator. The workbench completes the assembly through four processes. The equipment includes the following structures: workbench, radiator conveyor line, workpiece pressing tool, discharge mechanism, round glue nail feeding mechanism, nail fetching mechanism, and controller, etc. The equipment is designed for real production, has been manufactured and sold, and is shared for learning purposes.
