This allows all process steps to be completed with a single clamping of the workpiece. The rotary indexer rotates clockwise, with the preliminary planned process sequence as follows: applying adhesive to the back; applying barcode to the back of Product A; flipping the PCB board 180° (possibly divided into two stations); applying protective film; applying barcode to Product B. Both Product A and B are labeled with a barcode only once, and each product uses only one barcode station. The adhesive application position uses a CNC three-axis adjustable labeling machine, while the others use conventional labelers. The main structure predominantly uses imported standard parts, and the device structure is simple, with priority given to using our company's standard bonding modules combined with special process-specific labeling heads. The likelihood of mechanical failure is significantly reduced and maintenance is easier.
