The lithium battery winding machine is used for winding lithium battery cells. It is a machine that assembles the battery's cathode, anode, and separator into a cell package through continuous rotation. This equipment is primarily used for the automatic winding of rectangular aluminum shell battery bare cells. The positive and negative electrode sheets and the separator are actively unwound and, after automatic correction and automatic tension control, are automatically wound with the separator according to process requirements. Features include automatic electrode sheet roll change function, EPC correction, snaking correction, clamping correction system, dual/three-position turret structure, automatic dust removal, iron removal, and static elimination functions, tension control, and tension measurement system, cell unloading pre-press system, and Hi-pot withstand voltage testing function.
