The servo feeder is an automated device that integrates digital, mechanical, and pneumatic components. It holds a significant position in the high-end stamping industry. Its primary function is to sort granular items on a small conveyor belt and arrange them in dedicated plastic turnover boxes. Since the products have a soft, cylindrical structure that cannot be fed through a vibrating plate, they are delivered from a front station via a small conveyor belt. At the end of the belt, sorting is performed using a cylinder, followed by an automatic stacking process with a robotic arm.
